Instructions to Renew Your Jazz at Lincoln Center Subscriptions
1. Enter your Username (your e-mail address) and password and click Log-in. If you forgot you password, click Forgot Password? DO NOT create a new account as your renewal information will not be available to you. If you need assistance in setting up a log-in please e-mail subscriptions@jalc.org.
2. Double check your Account Details to make sure everything is correct. Then click Subscription Renewal. If you wish to not renew any of your 2010-11 subscription series but would like to choose another series, simply click Buy New Subscription and you will be taken to a listing of the available subscription series.
3. Choose which of your series and seats from 2009-10 season that you would like to renew for the 2010-11 season by deselecting the ones you do not want to renew. (All series and seats are automatically checked for renewal).
4. After you finish selecting which series and seats to renew, click Add to basket at the bottom of the page.
5. Please review your renewal order. If something is incorrect, click Cancel Order and you will be prompted to log-in again to begin the order process. If you would like to add a new series to your subscription order, simply click Add On and you will taken to a list of the available 2010-11 subscription series. When you are finished, please click Proceed To Checkout to finish the renewal process.
