Join the top three high school jazz bands in the country with guest soloist Wynton Marsalis and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra in the culminating event of the 15th Annual Essentially Ellington High School Jazz Band Competition & Festival concert and awards ceremony.
First 100 ticket buyers receive a free copy of the DVD, CHOPS , an inspiring documentary chronicling one Florida public school band's journey to the Essentially Ellington Competition & Festival in New York City and their quest to prove they can swing as hard as anyone. Ticket buyers will be contacted with more details on how to collect the DVDs, which will be distributed at the final concert on May 10.
